Where these guidelines apply

These guidelines apply when SaysMee content is shared with other people, including public share links, collaborative projects, support communications, product communities, and future team spaces. Private requests are also subject to the Terms and AI Usage Policy.

Be respectful and lawful

• Criticize ideas without threatening, stalking, humiliating, or targeting people.
• Do not post hate, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, graphic threats, or personal data without permission.
• Do not spam, impersonate others, manipulate users, or distribute scams and malicious links.
• Respect copyright, confidentiality, school rules, and the rights of people shown or described in uploaded content.
• Label AI-generated media when omission could materially mislead someone.

Reporting

Report a violating share link or interaction to support@saysmee.com. Include the URL, a short explanation, and only the minimum evidence needed. Do not repeatedly download or redistribute harmful material to document it.

Review and enforcement

Twenty4 may remove a share, limit a feature, warn a user, suspend an account, preserve evidence, or terminate access. Decisions consider context, severity, intent, repeated behavior, risk to others, and applicable law. Severe issues may receive immediate action; other issues may receive education or no action. We do not promise a fixed review time or a rigid strike count.

Appeals

If you believe a decision was wrong, email support@saysmee.com from the account address with the relevant reference and a concise explanation. A flag is not proof of wrongdoing. More detail is available in the Safety & Moderation Policy.
